Whether you are stuck in habits, behaviors, or addictions that are causing you pain; if you are lost in the inner workings of your mind, or are feeling disconnected from your body, I am here to help. We will work together to develop a more embodied experience of life.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, my passion is to help my clients feel grounded in their bodies and from there be able to thrive and accomplish all their goals and dreams. I work with individuals ages 15+ for talk therapy, both in person and over telehealth. I am also a trained LENS Specialist working with the symptoms of anxiety, ADHD, athletic performance/recovery, as well as trauma and depression.

I am passionate about the body and the emotions that occur there. Some powerful techniques we may perform together include various forms of breathing, EFT Tapping, mindfulness, or prayer. We do this because when we can inhabit our bodies more fully; our thoughts calm and our minds become a tool, rather than our master.

When I am not working, I enjoy going for runs on my treadmill, watching anime, writing fantasy novels, reading spiritual autobiographies, spending time with friends and family, as well as taking the time to sit and reflect.
