With back to school coming up for many people, sometimes it can feel as if the chaos of life comes full-force to hit you in the face. How do you balance it all? How do you make time for friends and family when your to-do list is piling up to the ceiling? Balance is important because it works to eliminate chaos, allows us to have more peace, stronger connections with people, and overall holistic health. It is difficult to find balance, but there are simple ways to make juggling everything easier.
In life, the hope is to overcome hardship so that we can experience peace and calm after a storm, and come away from that storm having learned something new, and grown as an individual. I think it is important to note, that we will without a doubt experience storms and hardship in our lives. We can’t get around it, we have to go through it, and the beauty in each of our stories, is that if we weather the storm with truth and hope, we will experience the peace, and overcome the hardship.
